For Sélection & Conseils, a consulting and recruitment company, we developed a complete web platform for setting up and monitoring psychological tests.

The aim of this platform was not only to offer total flexibility to psychologists creating psychological tests, but also to ensure security and the ability for over 3,000 users to take tests simultaneously. All this, while ensuring real-time calculation and comparison of results.

For security reasons, emphasis has also been placed on user control with the use of their webcam and analysis of absences/response times to ensure total equality.

As the data collected was particularly private, a cyber-security audit was carried out with an external company.

For the calculation of the results, an entire database of statistics, machine learning and artificial intelligence was used to calculate correlations and trends, as well as to compare the various candidates with each other.

Technology

The client part of the platform was built with Angular (Typescript) and the server part with Laravel. Load testing to ensure compatibility with over 3,000 users/minute was carried out with Apache JMeter.

As for the showcase site, it was created using WordPress and Elementor to ensure flexibility, easy editing and quality referencing.
